In a sleeving machine, sleeves cover products. The static could disturb this process, charging the sleeves. Charged sleeves could be attracted by elements of machine and stop or slow down the process.
So we must neutralize the just before the sleeving.

We advises 1250 antistatic bars to prevent:

• from a bad positionning of sleeves on the products
• from stops or slowdowns
• from operator shocks thanks of sleeves contact
• from reject of products at the quality control

Just before the sleeving: • two 1250 antistatic bars with a distance of 50mm.
