The unwinding of film generate static electricity which we must neutralize before the stacking of sheets. Stacking is one of the most difficult application to control the static charges.
We advises to use a ionised air nozzle below the film and projetting ionised air to the top. So, the other side of the film is free and the stacking could be realised without static inconveniences.

Here, the equipment prevents:

• from bad quality of stack
• from dusts (or other contaminants) attracted by the film
• from operator shocks thanks of film contact

We should take : • a 4200 Ionised air nozzle with the same length as the film width. It will be put under the film and oriented vertically.
