In this moulding machine, when parisons exit, they are very charged and they must be discharged otherwise they will be attracted by the molder or other parts. We advises to use two 1250 bar in each part of parisons to neutralize static.
After the molding of packages, static electricity are created yet and could attract dust or other contaminant elements.
We could use a 2000 air blower or a ionised air nozzle to avoid these problems.

Here, the equipment prevents

• from defects of packages.
• from dusts or others contaminants.
• from operator shocks thanks of film contact.
