Horizontal wrapping machine

In this drawing, the machine wraps products horizontally.

The unwinding create static and we must put antistatic equipments in two places :

• The first is just before the cut of film. The equipment mustn't be cumbersome, and it well be able to remove dusts and static on the plastic film. So it's interesting to use a 4200 ionised air nozzle. The cut is important in this process and it will be done in the betters conditions.

• We advises to put a HP Ionstorm bar above the wrapping to neutralize static on the film to prevent bad quality of packages, bad position of film ...
